POLICY PLAN

Our Roadmap for the Next Five Years

Our Policy Plan 2026–2031 is the compass of Stichting Unisfere, translating our mission and vision into concrete objectives. It sets out our long-term strategy, our organisational structure and board governance, and the way decisions are made across the foundation.

The plan also describes our financial planning and management, with transparency and accountability at its core — how we raise funds, budget responsibly, and deploy resources to bring our education, economic empowerment, women’s empowerment, environmental sustainability, and emergency response programs to life.

This document is an essential tool for strengthening our commitment to a better future and keeping our donors, volunteers, partners, and stakeholders informed of our direction and priorities for the years ahead.
