Abstract:

The aim of this fieldwork study is to assess and rank the motivating factors influencing teachers in Aqchah district schools. A total of 220 questionnaires were distributed among the teachers, following Morgan’s sampling table. The collected data underwent analysis using the SPSS 25 program. The reliability of the questionnaire was assessed through Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, yielding a satisfactory score of 0.749. The normality or abnormality of the data distribution was determined using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk tests, indicating an abnormal distribution. Spearman’s correlation coefficient revealed a positive and significant relationship between classroom anxiety and self-confidence variables. With the exception of the correlation between career choice and socio-economic status, none of the other variables displayed a notable association with the level of motivation among school teachers in the Aqchah district. Lastly, the results of Friedman’s test, employed for variable ranking, indicate that, according to teachers, the most impactful factors influencing teacher motivation are relations with colleagues, career choice, classroom anxiety, socio-economic status, self-confidence, exam stress, and rewards.

چکیده

در این تحقیق که حاصل یک پژوهش میدانی است، به بررسی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر انگیزه تدریسی اساتید مکاتب ولسوالی پرداخته شده است. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر انگیزه تدریس اساتید مکاتب ولسوالی آقچه بوده که برای رسیدن به هدف یاد شده، پرسشنامه تهیه شده و با توجه به جدول نمونه‌گیری مورگان برای 220 تن از اساتید پرسشنامه توزیع و بعد از جمع‌آوری، داده‌ها به کمک نرم افزار SPSS 25 تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه گردیده که ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 0.749 به سطح قابل قبول قرار دارد. نتایج آزمون کلموگروف-اسمیرنوف برای شناسایی نرمال و یا غیرنرمال بودن داده‌ها استفاده گردید، نتیجه این آزمون نشان داد که داده‌ها غیر نرمال است بناً از ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن استفاده گردیده است. نتایج ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن نشان داد که بین متغيرهاي اضطراب‌ در صنف – اعتماد به نفس رابطه مثبت و معنی‌دار وجود دارد و به جز رابطه انتخاب مسلک و وضعیت اقتصادی-اجتماعی دیگر همه متغیرها با انگیزه تدریسی اساتید مکاتب ولسوالی آقچه رابطه معنی‌دار وجود ندارد. و در آخر از آزمون فریدمن برای رتبه‌بندی متغیرها استفاده گردید نتایج این آزمون نشان داد که مهم‌ترین عامل تاثیرگذار بر انگیزه تدریسی از نظر اساتید به ترتیب ارتباط با همکاران، انتخاب مسلک، اضطراب در صنف، وضعیت اقتصادی-اجتماعی، اعتماد به نفس و ترس از امتحانات و امتیازات می‌باشد.
