Abstract:
Looking at the current situation in Afghanistan in relation to the sustainable development goals shows a very unpleasant situation in such a way that it can be easily claimed that the Afghan society and the country have no preparation in any of the fields in the development goals. It is not stable, but in many cases it is facing a historical regression. In this study, in terms of the necessity of achieving sustainable development, the question has been raised that in the current conditions of Afghanistan, how and in what way can we help to start the wheel of development in this country in a more effective way? And we tried to identify the priorities applying the analytical-comparative research approach with regard to the development model of the small country of Singapore. The findings of this research show that turning the wheel of development with the aim of achieving sustainable development in a country like Afghanistan, except through Amending the education system is impossible in the near future.

چکیده :
نگاهی به وضعیت موجود افغانستان در ارتباط با اهداف توسعه پایدار وضعیت ناخوشایندی را پیش چشم ترسیم می کند به نحوی که به سهولت می توان مدعی شد که جامعه و کشور افغانستان هیچ گونه آماده گی در هیچ یک از زمینه های موجود در اهداف توسعه ی پایدار ندارد بلکه در موارد بسیاری با یک عقب گرد تاریخی مواجه است . در این مطالعه با لحاظ ضرورت تحقق توسعه ی پایدار این پرسش مطرح شده است که در شرایط موجود افغانستان چه گونه و از چه راهی می توان به نحو موثر تری به راه اندازی چرخ توسعه در این کشور کمک کرد ؟ و کوشش شده است که با روش تحلیلی _ مقایسه ای با نظر به مدل توسعه ی کشور سنگاپور اولویت ها را مورد تشخیص قرار دهیم. یافته های این تحقیق نشان میدهد که، به گردش درآوردن چرخ توسعه با هدف گیری نیل به توسعه ی پایدار در کشوری مانند افغانستان جز از طریق اصلاح نظام آموزشی، در آینده نزدیک غیرممکن است.
